1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Services Offered
ReCognate provides artificial intelligence, internet of things, embedded systems, and general software engineering consulting and product development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, ReCognate retains all intellectual property rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used during development. The intellectual property rights of the custom deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all fees, subject to the terms of the specific project agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including milestones, deposits, and invoicing schedules, will be detailed in the individual project proposal or contract. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ReCognate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
